The HORSE:
The most important element of this sport is the Horse. Liz is the proud owner of her mount, Lady Hannah B, "Hannah". Hannah is an American Warmblood, she is 3/4 Thoroughbred and 1/4 Shire. Hannah was born and bred in Bastrop, Texas by Kae Hansen at Kaesen Farms. Liz, with help from her Grandma (Betty McGoon) purchased Hannah as a 9 year old in September of 2005. She began her eventing career with Liz in August of 2005. She quickly progressed through the levels and now competes at the Intermediate/CIC2* level. Liz recently purchased Rhine Maiden, "Lucy", from Ken & Alison Sader Larson. Her previous career as a dressage horse was very successful. Alison showed Lucy through 3rd level, and has trainer her through PSG. Since she didn't show the potential of a GP Dressage horse, Liz decided to purchase her and start her new career of becoming an event horse. Liz plans on showing her the first season and BN and N.
